These terms govern use of the North Alabama Broadband website. By using the website, you agree to these terms. Separate service agreements, orders, disclosures, and policies govern any internet or related service you purchase.

Website Information and Price Lock

We work to keep information accurate, but coverage, plan availability, speeds, equipment, installation requirements, promotions, and project timelines may change and may vary by address. Published prices may change for future customers or new orders. Once a residential customer's service begins, the base monthly internet plan price accepted in that service order is locked for life and will never increase while the customer keeps the same plan active and the account in good standing. All residential plans include unlimited monthly data with no additional data charges. Additional charges are a $10 monthly Wi-Fi router fee, a $25 monthly equipment insurance fee, and a one-time $175 installation fee. There is no early termination fee. Taxes, government fees, equipment, add-ons, and voluntary plan changes are outside the locked base plan price. A service order becomes effective only after eligibility is confirmed and the applicable agreement is accepted.

Coverage and Speeds

Coverage maps and markers are planning tools and do not guarantee service. All residential plan tiers are symmetrical, with matching advertised download and upload speeds: River 100 at 100/100 Mbps, Ridge 300 at 300/300 Mbps, and Summit Gig at 1,000/1,000 Mbps. Typical latency is 15–30 ms. Actual availability and performance depend on infrastructure, geography, capacity, network conditions, installation feasibility, customer equipment, Wi-Fi, and other technical factors.

Permitted Use

You may use this website for lawful personal or business purposes related to North Alabama Broadband. You may not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, scrape it in a way that harms service, impersonate another person, or submit false or abusive requests.

Third-Party Links

The website may link to customer portals, status pages, mapping resources, email applications, or other third-party services. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices, and we are not responsible for their content or availability.

Intellectual Property

The North Alabama Broadband name, design, website content, graphics, and related materials are owned by or licensed to North Alabama Broadband, Inc. You may not copy, publish, sell, or create derivative commercial materials without written permission, except for ordinary browser caching or personal reference.

Disclaimer

The website is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent allowed by law, we disclaim implied warranties relating to the website. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss resulting from use of or inability to use the website.

Changes

We may update the website and these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised website terms.
