Policy version 1.0Published October 14, 2026Review cycle: annual
Our commitment

Sustainability starts
with the work on site.

North Alabama Broadband LLC is committed to responsible delivery of cell tower construction and maintenance, antenna services, and HVAC, generator, and battery maintenance. Our objective is to reduce avoidable environmental impacts while supporting reliable infrastructure and safe working conditions.

This policy applies to our operations, project planning, purchasing, and field activities. We expect employees and subcontractors working on our behalf to follow applicable site requirements and support these commitments within their scope of work.

Our approach is practical: plan work carefully, maintain equipment, handle materials responsibly, and use documented information to identify improvements. Customer requirements, technical suitability, and worker safety guide implementation.

Operating priorities

Focus on the impacts
we can manage.

01

Waste, batteries & materials

Separate reusable and recyclable materials where suitable collection services are available. Route used batteries, electronics, scrap metal, oils, filters, and other regulated waste through appropriate recovery or disposal providers. Retain disposal or recycling records when available and required for the work.

02

Efficient equipment & maintenance

Use preventive maintenance to identify avoidable energy use, leaks, deterioration, and equipment faults. Consider efficiency, serviceability, and useful life when recommending HVAC, generator, battery, and other equipment options that meet the customer’s technical requirements.

03

Fuel, fluids & refrigerants

Plan for proper storage and handling of fuel, lubricants, chemicals, and refrigerants. Use appropriate containment and spill response practices. Assign refrigerant work to qualified personnel and use appropriate recovery and disposal methods.

04

Travel & site disturbance

Coordinate visits and dispatch routes to reduce unnecessary travel where practical. Avoid unnecessary vehicle and equipment idling. Respect site boundaries, drainage, vegetation, and surrounding property, and plan housekeeping and restoration within the agreed project scope.

05

People, safety & integrity

Support safe work planning, task-appropriate training, respectful treatment, and reporting of concerns. Expect honest business practices and fair treatment of workers from employees and subcontractors. Review concerns and incidents to identify corrective action and improvements.

06

Responsible purchasing

Consider durability, repairability, packaging, material recovery, and relevant environmental practices when selecting suitable products and service providers. Communicate project-specific sustainability requirements to suppliers and subcontractors.

Accountability

Clear ownership.
Regular review.

Company leadership is responsible for maintaining this policy, reviewing priorities annually, and identifying appropriate actions and resources. Project leads and field personnel are responsible for applying relevant requirements to the work they coordinate or perform.

We will review available operational records, customer feedback, incidents, and supplier information to assess progress. Where records are incomplete, we will identify the gap and establish a practical collection method before making performance claims.

How to raise a concern

Employees, customers, and suppliers can report a sustainability concern or request policy information by emailing kolton.tucker@nabroadband.com. Include the site or project reference when relevant.

Progress & public reporting

Commitments supported
by clear information.

We intend to communicate progress at least annually through a public website update or an annual sustainability report. Updates will distinguish measured results, actions taken, and work still planned.
